He was attentive to what we ask for, timely, detailed oriented and affordable. We are really happy with the quality of the work and the unit is working flawlessly. Which he made sure of before he left. He also, communicated effectively with other trade people that were a part of the installation process eg. Electric. I highly recommend Ideal Air.

(October 19, 2021, 2:50 pm)It was great experience of having our HVAC system re-configuration such as re-routing the Gas line from inlet to Fire place and new Furnace inlet and outlet works. We are doing our basement currently and the work was a requirement from basement contractor, so that the ceiling height could be maximized and Ideal Air Tech - Francisco carried out the job smoothly, explaining at each step so that we felt confident. He arrived promptly at the given schedule in the morning and thereupon all went well for us and the basement contractors were also happy and appreciated the work.
