(March 30, 2022, 11:43 am)Neil had been exceptional. Being first time home buyers we had loads of questions and he was extremely patient enough to clear all our doubts in a detailed way. He got us the best mortgage rate. we are new to Canada and with minimum credit history Neil had to work on lot of document work and explanation to present my case to the banks. We were purchasing our first home and without Neil it wouldn't have been possible. I would definitely recommend Neil and he would never disappoint you.

Got very good rate for my home mortgage renewal. He paid attention to very small details in my documents that way we saved more than $800 for transferring mortgage.
