(December 9, 2021, 10:04 pm)Diana in your Customer Service has been a huge help. Our kitchen was done by Elmwood 32 years ago and now we have updated with Quartz and new cooktop. The door needed to be removed to install gas line and the hinges had seized up. Nowhere in Niagara where any comparable hinges to be found. It was suggested we connect the manufacturer direct.
How wonderful to have a representative like Diana help us on this stressful search. Kudos to customer service.
