We used Fortress to build our enclosure and replace our back sliding doors and are beyond happy! Steve was always very helpful and accommodating to our schedule and keeping us up to date. prices are always reasonable! There was some movement in materials between the fluctuation of temperatures between seasons on our enclosure and a year later Steve’s come to fix it! Highly recommend Fortress

Stephen Mercer came to our house in a very pleasant professional manner in order to discuss windows & patio doors. He explained everything thoroughly, gave us options, and guided us throughout the whole process, which made my wife and I feel at ease. Stephen came through 100% with what he proposed.

We had our windows and aluminum capping installed very professionally by Alex and Edward, who were both great to deal with. Their work was neat and precise.

We chose Fortress out of four separate window supplier and/or installer quotes in part because of the amazing support, honesty, integrity, and authenticity of our sales contact Richard.

All 10 windows and 2 exterior doors of our old fixer upper needed to be replaced, and as first-time homeowners we had no idea where to start. From the moment we first met Richard he was more than happy to explain every step and every feasible option for us with patience and a smile on his face. After we decided on what would work best for us (full brick-to-brick/stud-to-stud replacement, Richard kept up updated on the supply process *AND* was extremely understanding while we had our own delays wrestling with the federal renovation grant/loan process.

Come installation day, Amnon and his team of installers were astoundingly efficient and polite. Despite completely cutting out 12 large openings in an older house they left the worksite tidy and with 10 gorgeous new (operational! clean! energy-efficient!) windows and 2 stunning exterior doors in place. Much easier said than done.

Both as the work was being completed and after the installers had long-since left, Richard followed up to see if we had questions and to help is review the work done to ensure we were satisfied.
