(August 8, 2022, 8:34 pm)Have been seeing Lindsay for 16 sessions for personal training so far. She is professional, clever and really makes working out a blast. The facility is small but mighty and I couldn't recommend FIIT Squad more. She's helped me achieve more strength, mobility and stamina in such a short time.
