Dan was a pleasure to work with; always there for every question we had (day or night). His communication was outstanding and his commitment to sell our home during this weird time in real-estate made this experience all the better. Dan was realistic and concise. He's ear was always to the ground, assessing the market as it moved and changed rapidly. With every turn, Dan was there adjusting or tweaking strategies as needed. Hoffman's the man!

I always felt comfortable calling or texting with my questions or ideas and he was always quick to respond. We were impressed with his energy and motivation and appreciated his real estate experience and knowledge. Dan was empathetic, helpful, and friendly. We will continue to recommend him to our friends!

It's always a very positive experience working with Dan. He's very patient and always puts his client first and works at understanding their needs and is never pushy. He also understands the market well and has a good eye for spotting the good and bad in a property. Dan has gone on from being just a good realtor to a good friend and consultant when it comes to real estate. My husband and I have a lot of faith in his advice and have referred him often to our friends.
