(October 7, 2020, 6:45 pm)When a disaster happens, feelings of confusion and fear can set in before common sense takes over. During a time like this, a calm and steady hand is what is needed - Craft Restoration provided this in abundance.
A fire ripped through a section of the building where our hair salon Distinct Hair Design operated. There were no injuries (thank goodness) but a portion of the building was structurally damaged and the majority of the salon was badly affected by smoke damage. The good news is help was on the way.
Our insurer brought in Jackson and his team from Craft Restoration and in what seemed almost no time and assessment of the situation was done and a plan was put in place. Jackson arranged a team to catalogue the damages to the contents and removal of the same within two days. The items that could be salvaged were cleaned and deodorized and stored if needed, or delivered back and installed with a quick priority turn around. This allowed us to have the business up and running at a temporary location within days.
A detailed and costed plan for the rebuild was created and inspections and consultations were carried out. Jackson was always available and quick to respond to any issues that arose.
Professionalism, clear communication and care are all hallmarks of our experience with Craft. While it is our greatest hope that we haven't the need for these services again - our experience with Craft Restoration has been nothing but positive. -

Although it's not a big project, only around 40k, they still took their time to contact me, provided us with a new, warm home.
I'm really happy about whole process, only took a month to fix everything
Definitely recommended!!!!
