The technician arrived exactly when I was told he would. He gave us some great advise with regards to future carpet care. He was polite/ and answered all our questions/concerns about the cleaning of our carpet and couch. Thank you Brown's Carpet Care!!!
I had originally called to have the urine odor from an area rug removed. The carpet technician had advised me that it would be removed and, if not, to call them back. The smell was removed. We are very pleased. Thank you!
Great job done. Showed up on time, and one pass did it. Good equipment left the carpets fairly dry. Will be using him again.
