(September 20, 2022, 7:56 pm)We've got our Dodge Journey from here. And we're really pleased with our purchase. Got it for fair price, Certified and all docs ready the next day. Bilal was really polite and respective. When we took the car the oil, brakes and tires were changed with new ones. Few days later we had a minor issue with some parking brake cables, but Barek Used Cars took care of fixing the problem and It took only a couple of hours. I would reccomend to anyone buying from this dealer. Great customer service and willingness to help.

(August 27, 2022, 7:16 pm)Purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata and traded in my 2011 sonata. Quick and easy sale.
Unfortunately, test drive was very restrictive and was unable to test car at highway speeds, only inner roads and a quick drive on main road. I expected better service for a car that is selling for 8500+. Only after closing deal and driving off, I noticed an issue with steering, especially on highway speeds where car is difficult to control and is a pain to drive. Suspected problem with steering column/pinion rack which is an expensive repair and ranges between 500-1500.
Had I been able to take the car for a proper test drive as I requested to, I would have noticed this right away and passed on the purchase and kept my car.
Besides this, the car is great, but I am left disappointed.
Will not recommend to friends and family at this time. -

Excellent customer service, works above and beyond to get you what you are looking for. No pressure, no hassle, and does not rush! Prices are always the best here, you can do your homework.
