I changed the review to 4 stars. when the owner knew about my experience he called me immediately and he was sincere and honest with his concerns. that is the reason I changed the rating to 4. He listens to me without interruption or challenges, he continued to show that he want to make it right... Koodos to him and I hope the staff take the time to observe the owner and reflect. I wish them best of luck
Not only a Worst place but also bad attitude. I bought couple of items from them. The description is misleading and far from truth. The damage mentioned in the description does not reflect the actual damage and actually deceiving and not correct. I asked for refund. The front desk lady refused to listen explaining that it was mentioned in the add that there is damage. When I tries to explain to her what is mentioned in the add is not accurate, she gave an attitude and treated me like she is doing me a favor. Stay away from this place. There are alot other good auctions I dealt with. But not this one. Stay way from it -
