Our furnace broke down last night. I called Artisan Air. Khaleel answered the phone and ended up fixing my furnace same day. His pricing was very honest and reasonable (no extra fee for same day service) and I liked that he was honest. He also didn't try to sell me a new system and provided excellent customer service. I had previously called another company (who rated very highly on Homestars) before calling Artisan Air. This other company wanted to charge me twice the cost for a small repair job, lied to me and tried to sell me a new furnace. So I am really glad I found Artisan Air and only wished I had called them earlier. I would definitely use their services again.

I called Artisan to tuneup my furnace. They were able to come the next day. They arrived at the exact time scheduled and proceeded to work on the furnace. They detected some possible areas of concern and made sure that all parts were cleaned and working properly. We had a clogged condenser drain which was told to me as a possible problem. It was cleaned out and then the furnace was working smooth and efficient. Thanks for the great work.

We've always heard good feedback about artisan from our neighbors and this company is truly one of scarborough's hidden gems. They installed both our furnace and a/c and the guys are top notch. Friendly, polite and after all my concerns we're able to address and provide options which i was more than satisfied with. Personally highly recommend them! I've never been a big fan of leaving reviews so ill leave this and you can judge for yourself

Khaleel is very efficient, knowledgeable, prompt and personable, reliable and dependable. He has provided excellent expert help when having difficulties with the furnace and air conditioning; maintence and adding a humidifier to the furnace, troubleshooting and resolving. A peace of mind. I have recommended Artisan to my Dad, family and many others. Highly recommend Artisan and will be calling on Artisan for years to come. Thank you.
