(November 3, 2021, 2:15 pm)Great developer. I've had the pleasure of working with Marnie, Deniz and Joe, on multiple occasions, who have all been professional and courteous from the start. They have always addressed any and all concerns quickly and efficiently. It's been over 2 years since we bought our home and I still receive the same awesome service from them today as we did when we first moved in. They don't forget about you. As for build quality, I approve! There hasn't been any major issue. Overall, we are happy with our home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Not only has it won a BILD Award for Best Luxury Home Design for it's impressive architecture and layout, but this is a builder that truly cares about their clients and wants them to have the best possible experience in purchasing their dream home. I have worked with other builders over the last 20 years, but I have never had such a positive experience. Unfortunately, the experiences have been extremely poor, lack of communication and transparency. Hence, we were hesitant to buy another home from a builder. Our experience with Acorn has been totally different, it's been great and their staff are super friendly and efficient. They respond quickly, very professional and they get it done. I rarely ever give reviews but Marnie, Deniz and the Acorn team have gone above and beyond!

All my concerns and questions were answered in a timely manner, without feeling pressured to purchase. I would highly recommend them for your next home. They are a boutique builder with hands on approach. The details of their homes are top notch.
