(December 14, 2021, 1:12 am)We are very pleased with the overall experience that Toronto Comfort Zone provided. Sonny was very knowledgeable and presented us with lots of information regarding wood inserts versus gas inserts. In the end we decided to install two gas inserts (in the basement and main floor). When Sonny’s team, Reza and Moj, came to install the gas lines and fireplaces we were extremely happy with their work. They were able to navigate very difficult corners (installing the pipeline underneath our deck but above our retaining wall) and was even able to remove a lot of debris from the chimney that made it extremely difficult to open the chute – but which they did successfully. Both fireplaces look beautiful – so beautiful that we’ve been using them every evening since they were installed!

The sales person Kevin will guide and inform you of what is best for your home and not hesitate to tell you what the entire process will involve. You can also count on him to help you make the best selection for your home and size restrictions. The installers are also highly efficient, professional and very tidy. Overall experience is excellent. The owner Sonny is also very supportive and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend them for your fireplace needs. A stress free experience. Russ and Diane
