And also it's so nice that some of the amount from each purchase goes towards indigenous children so indirectly we can donate meals to them. Thank you so much sweetheart for these beautiful toys♥️

My son loves the acorn sensory plate, coloured rice, and other wooden toys that we have received. Anne, the owner is very responsive and helpful with her communication. Truly a gem of a store!

My kids (if I'm honest, it's both myself and the kids) love all the toys we've received so far! And it's also so cool that some of the proceeds from each purchase goes towards helping Indigenous children - the cherry on top of the cake! ☺️

(September 6, 2022, 11:54 pm)I, like the previous reviewer, bought the Handmade Natural Bowling Set by Wooden Story. It is gorgeous and should be a big hit with my little toddler person. I felt fortunate to have bought the last available one at the time – Anne, the owner, will restock! Anne is The Playful Peacock and is so very lovely. She is the centre of a thoughtful small business of well curated offerings that stands up socially in care for others and the environment. Her customer service is of the highest calibre. Her e-mails always made me smile. I was having some extra crazy few weeks. Anne was so flexible with the picking up of the item. There is not much else to be said about Anne’s The Playful Peacock. There is something to note though, this is not a store that you can walk into so just keep that in mind. If something catches your eye, do get in touch and celebrate Anne while you buy some fabulous toys!

They’re also toys that will last a lifetime and that I’ll definitely be able to pass along to my sister’s children. I’m looking forward to ordering more toys from Anne, love them!
