(December 9, 2022, 12:16 am)I have been working with Shayna for many years now. I am a 43 year old circus performer. Originally I came to her to pre-hab before my double hip replacement. She kept me moving and ensuring that I was as strong as I possibly could be before my surgery. Post op she was the most pivotal in not only getting me back to regular day to day life, but back into circus shape. I like to call our pilates sessions ‘Circus Pilates’ as not only do we do all of the foundational pilates movements and conditioning that is key to ensuring your body is working optimally, but we also take it up a notch to help facilitate circus style movements. Shayna is always coming up with new, very unique (and FUN) ways to ensure you get the most out of your pilates session whether you’re rehabbing, pre-habbing, have an acute injury, need a great workout, or want to make your body move as optimally as possible. She is absolutely key to my movement health!
