(November 25, 2022, 5:23 pm)I bought a used Tudor Black Bay 36, and wanted to get it serviced. Went to a local AD and took them two weeks to give me a quote that's half the price of the watch. This year the watch is running out of power after about 17 hours, so I drop it off to Shane. He gave it a full service and I was able to pick it up the next day, at a fraction of the price quoted by my AD. Now it's running marvelously, no more issues with power reserve or accuracy. I know where I'll be take my mechanical watches for services from now on.

My Rado stopped working, brought the watch to Shane and he fixed it within 30 mins with affordable price. Had a great conversation about the watch and he even gave me an advice on my next watch. Expect to enter a friendly, jazz-themed environment and deal with a true intellectual and an unsurpassed expert on watches. There's also a furry, four-legged assistant walking around and dying to say hello. If you have any watch repair needs, there is no better place. Just give him a call and go.

(July 14, 2022, 12:49 am)Took in a vintage 1970s Omega that had stopped working years ago to Shane. He took it apart on the spot, diagnosed the issue and returned the watch even better than expected at a super fair price.
Combined with great conversation and jazz music, this was a very pleasant experience overall.. thank you Shane will definitely be back :)
