I had thousands of minutes of content I wanted digitized and Jean was able to walk me through the whole process and get the USBs back to me before Christmas. It was a gift for my parents and they absolutely loved having our family memories digitized forever. Jean was kind and responsive through the whole process and if I need anything digitized in the future I will be returning to Second Debut.
