(June 11, 2022, 1:58 pm)I am a big fan of Portobello Pilates Inc Restorative Instruction (combination of Mat exercises and Reformer). In 8 weeks, I have seen an overall improvement in my Balance and posture, thanks to Jenny!
She is a knowledgeable, caring, encouraging and skilled instructor who takes the time and provides an individually tailored program to meet the clients’ needs. She cues the exercises well enough for you to understand and closely watches and corrects your form and alignment. She is keenly attentive and notices when your muscles are tired, and changes/modifies the exercise to meet your needs.
Jenny designs personalized exercises and provides ongoing support, encouragement and positive feedback! She has a true passion for what she does and strives to provide quality programming for her clients.
Jenny consistently emphasizes the importance of postural alignment and core muscle strength and works to increase my spinal health and flexibility. I feel better; my balance is improving, and I stand taller, thanks to my Pilates sessions with Jenny. -
