She was extremely knowledgeable about the neighbourhood and was always quick to point out new listings. She went above and beyond to book viewings and make herself available to me by phone or email. On one occasion, she booked a last minute viewing of a condo after we had already seen it hours prior just so that I could take measurements of the space.
Above all else, I greatly appreciated her candor when it came to which buildings and/or units to avoid. She was respectful of my search criteria and helped me find a number of suitable condos within my price range.
I would gladly work with Nadia again and highly recommend her services to anyone buying or selling a property in Toronto. -

He was always available to take me to see properties and was very flexible in his scheduling. We saw several places together and he was never pushy. He always offered his honest opinion of whether he liked a place or not.
His and Nadia's knowledge of the market is excellent with very accurate pricing for bids. The entire process was very smooth and I will be recommending ND Group to any of my friends who are looking to buy or sell a property in Toronto! -
