Mindfulness Without Borders came to Assikinack for a great 8 week program that we used to develop our leadership skills in our Mental Health team. The program gave our students the confidence to help other students in our school by reducing their stress levels. This program lead to fewer behaviour problems and happier students. Thanks for all your help.

I have been using the Mindfulness Without Borders Ambassador Program (MAP) curriculum with students for just over a year now. Beyond being evidence based it is thoughtfully designed, engaging and does an excellent job teaching social and emotional intelligence through the practice of mindfulness. As a mindfulness advocate I have seen the impact the practice can have on student success and student wellness, but have struggled to build capacity across the institution. Mindfulness Without Borders has helped alleviate this growing pain, by helping us build institutional capacity through training our faculty and staff to facilitate the MAP curriculum in and outside of the classroom. If you are looking to infuse mindfulness across your institution or would like to scaffold the growth of social and emotional intelligence in the workplace or learning environment I highly suggest you consider Mindfulness Without Borders.

Mindfulness Without Borders introduced me to the wonders of leading mindfulness based seminars to university students at Western University and to employees in the workplace. I have successfully used their evidence based programs on secular mindfulness and social emotional intelligence in many workshops and without exception the feedback on the Mindfulness Without Borders workbooks and classes has been extremely positive.

I received exceptional facilitator training from Mindfulness Without Borders in their two of their certification programs: the Mindfulness Ambassador Program and Mindful@ Work. The unique Mindfulness Without Borders teaching techniques allow for a lively discussion based classroom enabling participants to share their thoughts on discussion questions raised in the materials.

I endorse Mindfulness Without Borders and can highly recommend this organization to others who wish to bring mindfulness and emotional intelligence training to organizations in the public and private sector.

Mindfulness Without Borders is WONDERFUL! The Mindfulness Ambassador Facilitator Training was well done and I was able to put it to use immediately. The team of trainers have been so supportive in helping me with the implementation of the program, and have been flexible in allowing me to adapt the program for use in different time frames and settings. The MAP Participant Workbook is very user-friendly, reasonably priced, and full of rich activities and themes including Social and Emotional Learning. Additionally, I have used the ReThink Digital Toolkit and card deck. These are great tools to incorporate into any classroom and the feedback from students has been overwhelmingly positive. Thank you MWB!
