She is the catalyst for change in my relationship with my partner and a major reason that we are still together, not only surviving, but thriving and very happy. She has provided us with very effective tools to help us deal with interpersonal conflict and critical issues within our relationship on an on-going basis. She has also carefully and effectively coached us through our issues using a solutions-based positive psychology coaching approach coupled with the use of Gestalt therapy methodologies and tools. At the outset, Mary does a thorough evaluation of issues and needs with careful analysis, builds a counselling plan that she reviews and shares with her clients, and follows through with regular focused counselling to resolve long-standing pain points and issues. We could not be more happy with her services. She truly has been a blessing for us and we thank her everyday for her kindness, thoughtfulness and structured coaching approach that helped shape our relationship, which is better than ever before. We would very highly recommend Mary Newman as an exceptional couples counsellor.

I really needed a coach to help me take control of my life during this period of dramatic change. I 'shopped' the Internet and found Mary. It was my lucky day! Mary has helped me to shut down the negative narratives in my head and to shift to more positive, productive thoughts and attitudes. She is kind, compassionate, practical, and results oriented. Her positive psychology approach is refreshing and effective. Mary has helped me to see myself in a new light and provided the support I need to restore my confidence and to move forward.
