Martha was amazing! Kind, knowledgable, and supportive from the very first step. She never rushed us over the months of looking and was always available to answer our questions or concerns. As first time buyers on a strict budget, having an agent understand our situation was very important and not only did she understand, she educated us in the process. We felt very informed on every aspect of our search and purchase. She truly wanted the best for us and aligned with our vision completely. Martha did a wonderful job in supporting me with the sale of a family property. I was not based in the same province and therefore needed additional support with the sale, etc. Martha made the whole process incredibly easy, was very communicative, and I felt a great level of trustworthiness throughout. Martha handled the sale of our North Toronto home. She suggested a price that was at the high end of what we thought we might expect, and she sold it within a week at that price.
