I remember one deal in particular that I was going to fund on my own. It was small so I didn't legally require a lawyer. I mentioned the deal in passing to Zahra, my lawyer at Marani Law. I gave her a brief overview and some alarm bells set off for her. She said she didn't want to get paid but just wanted to take a closer look at the deal to make sure I wasn't exposed. I sent her the deal and after close review, she explained to me how this deal was actually much riskier than I thought it was. I ended up not funding the deal as a result of this conversation.
I have gone on to fund many other deals with Zahra since then. She goes above and beyond to protect her clients but also to make the impossible happen. I would trust no one other than Marani Law for my real estate deals. She is simply exceptional at what she does. -
