(November 3, 2020, 1:44 pm)I attended the full moon meditation at Lyfe recently and was very impressed with the event. The studio was lit with candles to set the mood the instructor led us into an incredible meditation and explained the importance that the moon plays in our lives. This was one of the most powerful meditations I've done and even days later, I can feel just how much I was able to release and let go. The small group made it feel very intimate and comforting. I highly recommend this meditation studio for anyone interested in meditation - from beginner to expert. The staff are amazing and the overall atmosphere of the space is calming and soothing.

I took the Rise class with Judith and it was a perfect way to start the day and week, especially during these chaotic times. I also really appreciated the measures they took to ensure comfort and safety.

The owners clearly put meticulous care and attention into this space, creating a hideaway for your mind, body and soul. My favourite class so far is Manifest with Lauren, and I can not wait to continue to work on my self with their list of wonderful offerings/classes. The candles from the retail space are also a MUST, but I am sure you will see more than just one item you will want to take home. First classes for new guests are also 50% off with WELCOME50 code.
