(January 22, 2023, 12:57 am)There is a big selection of clothing here. I came here to purchase a last minute gift card. The gift cards are with the cashiers (probably to prevent fraud and tampering, which is good for everyone). This location didn’t have the option to pick the colour of the gift card so I wonder if they are all one colour now. I don’t think it matters as I don’t need to look at it after I give it away. Previously, I came here to return an online order.

(December 20, 2022, 9:18 pm)I have to agree with some of the reviews here about the staff. Obviously most of the staff here were fantastic. I went in to pick up gear which was being altered because of their product defect and there was this lady at the fitting room who seemed to be more interested in chatting with others about her trip to mexico than helping customers. I waited until she finished the conversation and she had this attitude for no reason. If you dont like customer service then please quit retail.
Lululemon is great, I love most of their stuff, however, sometimes it could be a hit or miss. Read the bad reviews online, it really helps. -

(November 20, 2022, 10:18 pm)If you enjoy having your eardrums blasted by loud music and being treated rudely by staff, then the lululemon store is certainly the place for you! My experience there was nothing short of negative, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
The staff were unprofessional and seemed to be more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. They also seemed to be very put off by questions, and I got the feeling that they would have preferred if I just left them alone. -

(January 18, 2022, 10:15 pm)Great service - I went in to buy a gift for my wife on Jan 18th, 2022 and the sales associate (sadly didn’t get her name, but 5’7” ish, dark curly hair, glasses) was an absolute rock star. She was about the same size as my wife and volunteered to try on a top to show me the fit. Super friendly and helpful, strongly recommend.

Well stocked, lots to choose from in a well layed out environment that screams buy me from every rack or display.
Spacious and easy to shop in with superb customer service and COVID friendly with a unique hand wash sink situated in the store.
Prices are not easy to swallow but is typical of this franchise but some deals to be had.
