(October 13, 2020, 12:49 pm)Bought a ebook a few days ago. I was able to download it and open it only once. Now I can't open it on any device. I can't get to customer care, they don't take phone calls nor can I get anybody on line to assist or to refund me my $14.00. Very disappointed since I have been a longtime customer. I hope this post will prompt a response by the company.
Happy to report that 1 day after this review I got a very helpful email from Kobo advising that my book had been reinstalled and to login into my account if the problem persisted. The issue has been satisfactorily resolved. Many thanks. -
