I never make decisions that cost more than $1000 dollars lightly, and so I often have many questions to ask in order to develop a sense of clarity where I become comfortable spending my money. I had plenty of questions over the course of weeks that I took to make a decision to get my roof done, and throughout it all, I was met with nothing but support. Wendy was there to provide answers to all of my questions and never became impatient. Her customer service skills are top tier. Additionally, regarding specific questions about the construction, Jackie was accessible, knowledgeable, and patient as well. The workers came, completed their task, and cleaned up everything when they left. It was like they were never here. They type of service I experienced from all these branches of this company speak to a dedication and commitment that these staff have to their work and the customers they serve. I have never been happier to spend my money. Thank you all for a great experience and I will most definitely be recommending your services to anyone who will listen.

From talking to the roofer lead about our needs we were immediately given several options at different price points for our consideration. You could tell that they are knowledgeable in their trade. They were also responsive and transparent in their business practice that made me feel assured that the job was going to be done well and it did! Highly recommended!

Their price was competitive, their products were superior and their customer service was outstanding. We were kept apprised at every stage of the project - communication and responsiveness were A++. The roofers were exceptionally hard working, taking few breaks and arriving daily as committed. I would unequivocally recommend this company for roofing and building requirements.

What's outstanding about working with Wendy is the fact that she ALWAYS answers the phone for any concerns you may have!!! I can't recall ever leaving a voicemail or having an unanswered text or email!
Another reason for choosing JP Lucky is the options that are given for any project. I wanted to have my roof replaced and was given 3 options with thorough descriptions & cost for each option!
Having a roof replaced is a daunting task but Wendy guided me from start to finish so that I was able to select the correct product for my house at an incredible great cost.
Rest assure that any construction related projects I have will be handled by Wendy of JP Lucky! -

JP Lucky Construction (Wendy) demonstrated a genuine desire to win out business without ever coming of pushy.
The roofing work was professional, on-time, and a very good price. The crew was safe, respectful, and efficient.
