Not only is she exceptionally experienced and listened to what I needed in terms of the areas of my body that felt sore or strained, but she also had such a kindness to her that made me feel comfortable and excited to work on my posture. Ruby is also wonderful. I can’t wait for my next visit!

I always thought acupuncture was only focused on muscle pain but I’ve been proved wrong. The initial assessment helped me to discuss any important matters to be flagged and over the last year as his patient I’ve noticed a lot of positive changes on my general health. I would recommend him 100% .

She's extremely knowledgeable, and provides personalized, thorough, and supportive nutritional counselling services. Because of Trista, I can continue to eat all the foods I love, with a more balanced and mindful approach.
