The apartment supervisors from Timbercreek (now Hazelview) were friendly and professional, and the apartment was kept clean with good upkeep.
Development around the area has made it a very noisy places to live with too much traffic but that's out of the control of the company, however it's something you should keep in mind.
They were also planning an addition to the building which might also result in some issues if you were to move in now. -

(April 27, 2021, 9:24 pm)Our family lived at 75 Broadway for 3 years from 2018 to 2021 and planned to stay for quite a bit longer because it's a great building with an amazing building management, maintenance, and security team. We only moved to take advantage of the COVID induced rental market offering moving incentives that allowed us to move to our dream neighborhood.
The decision wasn't made lightly, and that was all due to the fantastic service provided by Diana, Stewart, Paulino, and Jim.
We highly recommend this building if you're looking in the Yonge & Eglinton area. It's a comfortable 10 minute walk to Eglinton station, close to Yonge, but far enough away to avoid the noise and late-night shenanigans. The grounds are well maintained, with a good-sized patch of grass on the East side for private dog-walking.
Our unit was modern, well laid out, and a decent size for a family of three.
Very pet-friendly building and area.
Very people-friendly staff and neighbors.
