(September 13, 2021, 7:37 pm)I was referred to David Frenkel by a Physician that I work with, and I am so fortunate that I retained him as my counsel. While appreciating the sensitivity surrounding my separation and custody conflict, he helped me put aside my emotions so that I could assertively move forward in the best interests of my child and myself. He and his colleagues were available to me at all hours to see me through the process. I am grateful beyond measure that I listened to his advice from the get go and proceeded with the actions that we took. He helped me get my power back in a horribly difficult situation. Beyond the successful hearing, David was also my pseudo therapist throughout the process – constantly reminding me that I would get through it when I had never felt more uncertain about my future. I felt truly cared for. He understood the gravity of the situation for me, and kept my sensitive nature in mind while explaining the ins and outs of family law. Considering my separation and the custody arrangement of my child were by far the most challenging and stress inducing obstacles in my life thus far, I am glad that I trusted David to navigate me through it. I feel he fought for my child and I, like he would his own. My sincerest thanks to everyone at Frenkel Tobin LLP.

I found their firm through a quick Google Search and saw many high ratings, which after working together, I can confirm are highly warranted. David is great at providing thorough explanations, is compassionate, and very responsive. I also appreciate that the firm is LGBT friendly and made me feel comfortable at all times. Highly recommend!

Most importantly, David's legal knowledge and wisdom truly made this process a lot less stressful than it could have been as we received a positive outcome.
