Quick and efficient and lots of options in store. They really take pride in their work. Exactly what I wanted ; competitive prices too. Thank you again!

I am sorry to hear he is ill and as a community we need to support local, we need to support. Otherwise go to Walmart or IKEA for a cheap frame that will not last and is junk.

Anyway, they have moved locations since to 388 Queen St. E. Also, don't know why it says that they are closed on Saturdays when they are actually open that day too. They may be a little old school and not have the strongest online presence, but the service there is great and fast! Great prices due to mouldings being cut on site. The most important thing in the end is the product one pays for and Framing Factory definitely delivers!
