From the get go, they were both very thoughtful and organized to help turn our mortgage inquiry into a set of feasible options tailored to our needs. When the chips were down, it was JM and Hannah at Dominion lending that put our minds to ease. Needless to say, our sale finally closed, our fix rate was honoured and our first home secured all thanks to JM and Hannah's incredible level of care and dedication. If your last name is not 'millionaire' buying real estate is generally a difficult process and these guys definitely took a lot of my stress away with their work. :D

He is INCREDIBLE, including Hannah Who is his right hand. They both took amazing care of me, and kept me sane on days when I think I couldn’t do it. Always positive & creative with solutions, his services were tailor fit with my needs- found me an amazing realtor and Real estate lawyer who worked as a team to make my home ownership dreams come true, especially considering the fact that I didn’t think I was in a position to own. he is a great educator, and really prepared me for what to expect. He is thorough and explained every step of the process, called me back quickly & always provided email updates to let me know how the process was going. He ran my numbers and got me prepared for the process fully knowing that I had no idea what I was doing, and I ended up finding the perfect place & successfully closed on it. I would recommend him to everyone I know, I couldn’t have done this without him and his amazing team!!!!!! Beyond grateful that I had him on my team during this milestone, his services were invaluable. Thank you so much, JM!!!!!!!!! Hopefully we get to work together in the future.
