(December 29, 2022, 9:38 pm)People, this is the best deli in Toronto, and the only one that imho can truly rival the Montreal stalwarts. I had the smoked meat sandwich meal which was great. The brisket was amazingly brined and smoked. Super tender, you could tell a lot of time was spent in the smoker. Loved the coleslaw, which is the old school way of doing it, don’t change it!
If there is a real Dave behind this place, great job Dave! -

(December 21, 2022, 8:00 pm)I came her with my colleagues for lunch. Oh my goodness! Is all I can really say because the food, service and vibe was so delicious and beautiful! The owner did an amazing job with this place of comfort and delectable food. I had the Smoked meat sandwich which was just succulent, big and savory! Came with perfectly cooked fresh cut fries, a lovely coleslaw and juicy pickle! I also ordered the Big Smoke Turkey Club to go since my colleague ordered it and it's just massive with a fresh onion bun! All the food is MADE IN HOUSE! If you want fresh, cozy comfortable vibes, this is the place to go!!

(October 11, 2022, 7:34 pm)The establishment was very nice and also the person at the cash. Although I didn't quite get what I really wanted, the sandwiches were delicious.
For the price I will have to go elsewhere for a sandwich. No regrets it was a good bite. But I would load up the fries and improve the coleslaw for your customers. -

(September 5, 2022, 6:04 pm)Dave’s deli is great! I had the smoked meat and the first thing that hit me was the amazing smoky smell of the thick cut Sammy. The meat was tender and delicious. The bread was fresh. The service was friendly and on-point. I’d definitely go back again.

(May 14, 2022, 8:43 pm)Hands down the best Smoked meat!! Love their Roast beef dip, excellent quality beef. Salad is excellent! Went for Brunch today, my friend had the eggs, bacon, sausage with salad and they loved it. Gave them a taste of my Smoked meat and they could not believe the flavour and quality. I ended up losing half my sandwich.
