(June 27, 2018, 2:45 am)Yeah, I don't expect the staff to pour over me with interest in my project, but what's the point of having someone behind the counter if they simply don't want to help at all? I felt like I was wasting the guy's time, or taking him away from something really important. The point of a shop is to help you find what you need, and you need your employees to offer that support. This post won't mean anything to a lot of people, but maybe the managers will take this advice into consideration.
