This was after being turned down by a couple of different lenders. I was feeling extremely hopeless. Courtney came through and got me a phenomenal deal in a record amount of time. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to surpass red tape. Forever grateful for him and his expertise. I would definitely work with him again and will continue to recommend him, whether to first-time buyers, those looking for advice/guidance, or those looking to refinance. He does it all! Courtney took no time to sit down with us and go over the best solutions for Us. 2 years later we are in such a better place financially and mentally then we were before contacting Courtney. We appreciate his non judgement Professionalism and we will be referring Courtney to as many people as we can that may feel what we were feeling 2 years ago "stuck". We also look forward to working with him in the near future if needed.
