On the evening of September 4, 2021, a group of ten of us went on the dinner cruise. One of our group had a medical emergency while on the cruise that required EMS assistance. The staff on the boat from the captain on down, with special mention to Andrew, Amar(?) and others, were super attentive and caring. Without going in to details, Andrew and the crew were outstanding and should be commended for their level of response.

Went on this lovely cruise from Queens Quay. It is bit on the higher price, but it includes a dinner buffet.

The tour lasts about 2.5 hours and it cruises along the lake westwards before making a return to go a bit along the east side as well. It does not stop at Toronto islands.

The crew took ample precaution and everyone needs to mask up unless you are at your table. Drinks are NOT complimentary. There was music being played, but not live music. It missed a 5 star because of that.

The dinner buffet was very good as there was choice of bread, pasta, mashed potatoes, meat and fish. They also served desserts and fresh fruits. Some food quantities tend to run out at the end though.

The ship I travelled had two decks and the top deck was for the pilot cabin and observation. They have well maintained toilets.

Overall, it is a solid experience for a dinner-on-the-lake and if you want to feel the lake and the winds!

Had an amazing experience with the dinner cruise! The staff was amazing, friendly and patient (they allowed us on-board even though we were running a few minutes late, a fact we are eternally grateful for), the food was very good, (the staff serve the plates at the buffet to respect Covid guidelines) and we took some amazing pictures! Book your tour now, you will not regret it! I also recommend getting the ticket insurance for peace of mind, because you never know with the weather if you'd like to rebook at a later date (I'm of the mind that better safe than sorry).
