(February 17, 2022, 4:38 am)I have been very happy living at Chaplin Crescent. If ever a concern the management office is extremely professional and very quick to respond. The online system to contact management or request repairs is very effective if ever needed. What a nice change compared to previous buildings I have lived in the city of Toronto.
I am grateful for my bright sunny space and find the building extremely clean. The residents are very friendly and polite. The walls are solid compared to the newer smaller but taller city condos. I have had no noise issue aside from the ongoing hum of LRT construction outdoors, which we will all benefit from once it is completed. I understand and appreciate the upgrades and improvements of this building as they happen, to make for us a better place to live.
I have and would recommend 321 Chaplin to a friend! I’m looking forward to the Spring and the chance to enjoy the walking - biking trail and property. This is a great location and neighborhood for sure! -
