(April 2, 2022, 4:14 pm)The restaurant is comfortable, cozy and stylish. The staff are very knowledgeable about the menu and offer great recommendations. The best is the pasta! Hand made, cooked perfectly and fresh ingredients. Definitely my new pasta place.

(February 26, 2022, 1:21 pm)I am a fan of this place and have enjoyed breakfasts and lunches but this was my first time trying dinner. We ordered two pasta dishes and a burrata. The price was in line with other expensive restaurants but we were very disappointed with the portion size for that price. Also the rigatoni was overcooked or became soggy in the cardboard box they serve it in? The taste and quality of the food was very good but the pricing/portion can't be justified. Maybe the experience would have been different with dine in.

Sauces are simple but at the same time they remind me of the time spent in Rome, loved it.

(November 6, 2021, 1:12 am)Roncesvalles is an incredible neighborhood but one thing it was missing was trattoria, a place we could go on date night and enjoy simple Italian cuisine made from high quality ingredients. We’ve got that now. Food is lovely and so is the staff. It has to be hard to open a restaurant during the pandemic so I hope the neighborhood supports them, as it’s well deserved.

(June 10, 2021, 2:41 am)I can attest that their lasagna is amazing (take out not as good as dine in but still taste good). The service is good. I tried this place because their other locations - queen st. w and college were closed (temporarily). Not many Italian restaurants I find do lasagna so I'm happy a few do. I found this out through best lasagna in Toronto and this is one of them and I agree. The not so good points is that the price is a little too much. $16 for a piece of lasagna and there's no sauce in it. The lasagna dish just comes by itself and has no side(s). Hence it's not really filling for me. The portion I think is standard for restaurants. It would be nice if accompany it garlic bread or small salad. $16 lasagna for restaurant food is probably reasonable range. Based on quality it's 4/5 but based on overall including price point based on portion is probably 2/5.
