The omakase was an amazing experience - delicious food in an intimate setting where you can see them work and learn more about the whole operation. Everyone is so approachable and friendly. Jon and Matt's customer service and product expertise are always 100% positive. They take time out of their busy days to showcase to the potential client their product. Topics range from flavour profile, ways to fillet the fish and their vision for sustainability.
100% will be my go-to seafood retailer. -

I love what they're doing by working with the indigenous fisheries & sourcing from right here in Ontario. They also have other edibles to compliment their selection of dry aged fish as well.
