(August 20, 2021, 12:02 am)I went to Adam with a complicated array of food sensitivities and other issues. He's a great listener as well as a non-judgemental and empathetic presence. He identified the areas of challenge for me, and offered solutions that would fit in with my lifestyle and accomodate my food sensitivities. He sent me some great info and recipe ideas following our appointment. I'll be returning for a follow-up.
It's obvious that Adam is deeply knowledgeable in his field, and is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life through nutrition. Since understanding more about my individual meal planning needs, my energy levels have gone up and my sleep is more regulated. I would recommend Adam to anyone. -

(July 28, 2021, 5:50 pm)Adam is a gem. Initially, he wowed me with the depth of his knowledge on nutrition, brain health, and the way lifestyle interacts with our eating habits. Not only is Adam a fount of knowledge on these topics, but he's also an engaged and empathetic clinician, making it comfortable for me to share some of my struggles with food. Adam is also very practical, coming up with tailor-made recipes that are easy for me to incorporate into a hectic schedule.
He even goes the extra mile, sending summaries of each visit's discussions as well as recipes.
Since beginning my dietary consults with Adam just 2 months ago, I've not only adjusted my eating habits, but, based on his advice, have overhauled my whole lifestyle. I've lost about seven pounds, and, equally importantly, I have more energy and better concentration.
It's clear that Adam loves what he does, and excels at it. I would recommend him whole-heartedly. Vivien
