I contacted John through their fb marketplace ad. The entire process was smooth and clear. I paid money through email transfer and the next day the custom cut plexiglass was ready as promised. I was skeptical to pay the money because it's the first time I'm dealing with them. But John was more than happy to help me with all my questions. Thanks John.
Great customer service, the initial order was incorrect (wrong dimensions, it happens) but after I contacted Benjamin, it was rectified instantly with confirmation of the incorrect dimensions. Product is great .. nice and clear and more robust than what you can buy in a big box store for the same price.
