My cousin lives in a one bedroom Unit on 2nd Floor. It is an outstanding Condo and very large unit with a lovely Solarium that you could use as another bedroom, office or dining room.. The Condo fees of $717.00 include everything, hydro, electricity, Heating etc. You have nothing else to pay for, just your phone and your personal TV. It has 24 hour concierge, two underground parking spaces and free underground parking for guests. Personally, it is a very secure building with Pool, Exercise Room and lots more. Check it out when looking to buy. One of the safest buildings around the Don Mills area. Everyone is friendly, the office and concierge.

This is an outstanding condo. I don’t know where the negative reviews are coming from. The building is well run. Management is responsive and friendly. Concierge staff are also friendly and always helpful. I highly recommend this building with a great location and peaceful, well maintained facility.
