Vivi, as we affectionately call her, has done a great job for us in renting our son's apartment to a wonderful couple with three little children, and now in selling our downtown Toronto apartment.
Vivi is always available to us, walking a "second mile" (without charging anything for that) in helping us in many other areas, like finding people to clean our apartment, a lawyer , and a handyman, she even helped us to solve a problem that our tenant was facing at the condo.
