When we first met with the Salesman/Designer he was very excited that we had moved here from Oregon and had chosen ValuBuild as our builder for our new home. However he spent a lot of time being excited about what he could do for us, and we felt he didn’t listen to what we wanted, he seemed to be rushing us through the process instead of “walking us through the process” as he stated.
We had trouble getting permits in place. One: we had no idea what we were doing, or what offices to go to, to achieve the demands of the requests being made of us, we reached out to the Salesman/Designer who returned us back to the staff member who initially made the requests, who had no answers for us, yet has been working with ValuBuild and this area we live for years. (We are giving some grace here due to Covid.. YET there wasn’t much going on with the Company at this time).
Enter Paul, the Man who directed the build.. by this time we are frustrated, the plans we signed were not what our house WE became his headache... the Designer had left the company, and changes had to be made. After we had signed the contract..
Today 21 Nov 2021 we are in our home.. the crews who worked on our home, are hard working folks who take pride in their work.. Paul is amazingly upbeat, no matter what we throw at him.
Paul is the man you want to direct the build of your new home.. He’s honest, trustworthy and wants to ensure the home being built, is the home you want! Make sure you know your home plan, so if something needs to be changed, you do it before the contract is signed!
The owner is also available to speak with you as well. At the end of the day, those two want you to be happy!
