We were renovating our home and needed a "face lift" for our 30 year old two story stair case. Treads and risers were capped, stringers veneered, pickets replaced, posts replaced and railings removed and reconfigured. We had a new stringer and railing added where a wall was removed. All the materials were stained and finished to perfectly match our new flooring.
Considering how busy they are and conditions associated with Covid they were good at sticking to time lines.
Stair FAS price was very competitive compared to other quotes we received.
Freddy's attention to customer service and satisfaction is very high. Even at the end when we had small details we wanted attended too. Freddy took care of them personally until we were completed satisfied.
We would not hesitated to recommend Stairs FAS Inc.
