Great service at this location, had all the required documents and was done in less than 15min after going to the counter. Make sure you take an appointment before going, either from serviceontario website or on call. It’s on the 4th Floor of the building, once you reach there will be a lineup for the reception, they will check your documents and give you your token number and any required form to fill. There are maybe more than 28 counters but not all were working but still it was going in fast pace. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We booked an appointment through website. actually it is good ,even though no appointment also they will give opportunity no need to take appointment direct walk in also easier.

It was overall a seamless process. We arrived at 2:30 pm and my appointment was for 2:30 pm.
We came out nearly 2.50 pm they will do faster work if all documents are proper.

I had a 9am appt to renew my health card and I was all done and walking out at 9:29! I wish everything worked this smoothly. The man at Reception was quick and efficient and the lady who processed my paperwork was smiling and pleasant as can be. Do yourself a favor- make an appointment and be sure to bring all the documents you need.
Btw my health card couldn’t be renewed online but some can.

People were Well Organized here. I prefer to be there in the morning to avoid long waiting 😃 Book your appointment before which makes your work get done even faster. 😎 My work done within 20-30 mins as I've booked appointment in prior. I really had a good experience here.

The best Service Ontario in GTA as it offers a full service location which includes issuing/renewal of a health card, legal name change in government id and much more which you can find on its website. It’s located on the 4th floor. Important update: When you want to issue a new health card make sure you have every documents needed including the job letter (not job offer letter) and it must be showing either full time permanent or state that the employer intends to employ the employee for a minimum of six (6) months. Beware of a big waiting lines and to avoid try booking online appointment on ServiceOntario.ca Great customer service by Mary, Maija and the security. Lastly, Parking is 4$ for 30 minutes and maximum 12$.
