I was introduced to him through a friend over 5 years ago and asked him to look at two existing mortgage renewals over the years to see what he could do. He was straight forward both times and advised me to stay with my bank for a variety of reasons, even though he could get a slightly lower rate elsewhere. Third time was a charm and he helped me restructure the mortgage on my investment property, saving me close to $5,000 in the process. He made sure I understood the “fine print” and kept everything simple and painless. I highly recommend Sean as a mortgage broker.

We just completed our first mortgage renewal and even though our intention was to stay with our existing mortgage and worked through the bank to renew, Sean went above and beyond to investigate the best rates available and gave us some rates to use to negotiate our existing mortgage lower. I would highly recommend Sean as a mortgage agent. We felt through the whole process his primary focus was that we were well taken care of and in the right product to meet our needs.
