(August 12, 2021, 7:25 pm)Honest and responds in a timely manner. Wasn't able to complete job due to unfortunate circumstances but he didn't stop untill he was able to find hvac contractor that could finish the job with such short notice.

(June 22, 2021, 2:42 am)First called Rico to fix my furnace in the middle of WINTER on a SUNDAY at 10 PM!!! I am so grateful he came as he was able to get the heater running and gave us the peace of mind of not sleeping in the cold. We were so worried that we would not be able to get a technician to service our heater that late at night, but Rico came through.
Called him again when our newly installed AC was not able to cool the house to the set temperature on the thermostat. The original installer visited a second time to diagnose the system and their suggestion was to install return vents, requiring renovations and additional costs. I called Rico to come diagnose our system and to get a second opinion; he was able to identify that the original installer did not inject the correct amount of freon required for our home and no extra return vents were needed. He corrected the quantity of freon and a couple of hours later the house was able to be cooled sufficiently.
He has shown professionalism in being able to properly diagnose and fix our systems, and his expertise was emphasized when he was guiding my wife and I through the issues of our HVAC system. He will continue to be our go-to HVAC guy. -

(June 21, 2021, 7:55 pm)AC down on a hot weekend, called 5 HVAC co's and Rico took time to troubleshoot immediately, sending pics back and forth over text. He diagnosed capacitor issue, brought part and had AC working again. This was better than most co's who were not available or proposed multiple visits, one to diagnose, another to repair etc. Plan to use to hook up natural gas line for bbq.

He is very friendly and professional and was able to make the repairs and installs efficiently and timely. He even came one evening late when our furnace broke down. He answered many questions over the phone as well prior to repairing our furnace.
I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and reliable HVAC service.
