(August 1, 2021, 7:05 pm)I used the services of Mr. Homes for the inspection of our townhouse purchase in Burlington, ON. The inspector spent about 4 hours looking at everything and was very diligent. Their report identified some electrical issues that we had the previous owners fix them before closing the deal. The inspection paid for it self a few times over!
I will use them again on my next transaction. -

We purchased a custom built house for which there was no Tarion warranty. So we were definitely looking for third party professional input.
We approached Mr Homes Inc and were amazed by high quality service. Appointment was scheduled fast, house was inspected the following day, Mr Homes Team was professional and friendly, inspection report was provided fast and was detailed and clear. All this was quoted at much more attractive price than some other companies we reached out to.
Service was exceptional and we would recommend this company to all our friends!
