I cannot say enough good things about Elan and his help with finding us a new mortgage. The banks were not offering us anything competitive, despite their “loyalty” offer. Elan found us a MUCH better rate and made it easy the whole way. Elan was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions and Chelsea was so helpful as well! Wow! Where do I start?
I had purchased a investment property and elan put together the financing.
Elan was so professional, answered all my questions “immediately” and made the process so simple and quick. He thinks outside the box abs is vey quick on his feet. If he does not have a answer, he will get you a correct one.
He has a whole team that works for him as well.
He always so upbeat and positive.

Working with Elan was one of the best decisions we could have made during our first home buying process. Not only did Elan secure us an amazing rate with a great lender, but he also made sure he took the time to explain everything without making us feel like it was pushy. In fact, he encouraged us to do our own research and take our time with the process. This really help solidify our trust working with Elan and his team (special shout out to Chelsea who is amazing)!
